Curly Lifestyles Media Inc. (“Curly Lifestyles,” “we,” “us” or “our”) sells digital products delivered electronically.
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or products that are not downloaded or used.
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital Products
This policy applies to digital guides, e-books, workbooks, downloads and other digital products sold by Curly Lifestyles.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, they are non-returnable once access to the product has been provided, except where required by law.
Please review the product description and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Problems With Your Purchase
If there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@curlylifestyles.com.
We can help if you:
- cannot access or download your purchase;
- receive the wrong product or file;
- receive a corrupted or unusable file; or
- are charged more than once for the same purchase.
Please include your name, the email address used for the purchase and your order number so we can locate your order.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to download or use a product, or because a product is no longer wanted.
If a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Curly Lifestyles, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once an approved refund has been issued, it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
If you have been notified that a refund was issued and have not received it after a reasonable processing period, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

Sale and Promotional Items
Digital products purchased during a sale, promotion or with a discount code are also final sale and subject to this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital products.
